ASUS Eee Pad Transformer will get frist hand on in the US and Canada on April 26th There has been a lot of rumors about the Asus Eee Pad Transformer being delayed, but ASUS just announced, via Facebook that it will be available in the US and Canada on April 26th. It will be priced at $399 for the 16GB and the dockable keyboard will be $150. They will also offer a 32GB version for $499.
I wrote a post earlier in the week about the need for tablets. I admitted that I would end up buying one because I am a gadget freak, not because I need one. If I do buy one, this is the one I will buy. It is the most intriguing Android tablet by far. The only thing that concerns me about the Asus is that it may not get updates timely.
