Toshiba Regza AT300 Runs Honeycomb and more… Earlier this year at CES, Toshiba announced their new Android 3.0 tablet the Regza AT300. This 10.1″ device sports a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, with the following additional specs: * 16Gb of storage * 1GB of RAM * Accelerometer and ambient light sensor * 1280 x 800-resolution display * USB and HDMI jacks * Mini-USB socket * SD card slot * 5 megapixel rear camera * 2 megapixel front-facing camera This new Toshiba table it is slated for a Japan release in June as of right now. As for word when we will get out hands on it state-side is yet to be known. [via mobileburn]
